Shipping costs in Italy are FREE for orders over € 99.00

Abroad costs differ according to destination:

Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Ciprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lituan, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Transport costs: € 40.00

Zone 2: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ucraine, United States.

Transport costs: € 60.00

Zone 3: Rest of the World

Transport costs: € 80.00

DELIVERY TIME

For orders placed from Sunday to Thursday before 2.00 pm the delivery times are 24/48 hours for orders after this time from Thursday to Saturday can vary from 48 / to 72 hours

Zone 1 -2 -3 Delivery times may vary from 5 to 7 days

RETURNS

Returns for Italy are always free !!! For other countries, standard shipping costs will apply (see shipping costs section)

Change size and or model:

If the item is the wrong size or you want to replace it with another, you can easily ask for a replacement, this is free only for the first time.

If after the change of size and / or model it does not meet your expectations, the return will be made by charging you the shipping costs which for all of Italy are € 8.00, coming to collect it comfortably wherever you want or alternatively you will take care of the shipment without you will be charged no cost on our part.

N.B. Any exchange and / or refund will be made once we physically receive the goods together with the receipt that you will find inside the box and after checking to verify that the garment has not been used or damaged. We invite you to never use the purchased item if you are not sure you will keep it.

For the return, simply send an email to: malori.europa@gmail.com with the order number and reason for the return. You have 15 days from receipt of the order to exchange items with others of a different size or request a refund.

For exchanges or returns it is necessary that together with the footwear the receipt which is always found in the package received must also be sent.
