If the product received is not to your liking, you can request a return or exchange.
You have 15 days from receipt of the order to exchange items with others of a different size or request a refund.
For exchanges or returns it is necessary that together with the footwear the receipt which is always found in the package received is also sent.
Exchanges / Returns
If you prefer another size, you can request it at the time of return.
Just indicate in the return slip which item you want to change and the new size. If the size in question is not available, we will refund the amount of the shoe.
If you wish to replace the purchased product with another model or color, you will need to return the item and proceed with a new order.
If you have collected the product at one of our stores, you will need to return it to the same store.If you prefer to collect it at home, we will send you our courier for collection with shipping costs at your expense (equal to 8 euros).
If you have placed an order with home delivery, you can request a home collection. You will not be required to pay the shipping costs to return the item (you will pay the shipping only once upon purchase and not upon return).

PREPARE THE PACKAGE INCLUDING THE ACCOMPANYING BILL
Pack the items securely, if possible in the original packaging, and attach the delivery note and receipt. In this document you will need to indicate if you want to change size or make a refund indicating the corresponding items.
If you cannot find the packing slip, enter the "My account" section, search for "My orders" and select the order in question.
At this point it will be sufficient to print the "Accompanying note".
Non-registered users must enter the Orders section and enter their e-mail address together with the order number and thus retrieve the "Delivery note" to be printed and included in the package.
THE COURIER WILL GO TO YOUR HOME TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE
Our courier will contact you in the following days to confirm a date and time slot for the collection of the items.
In the case of a return, the refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt of the package at our warehouses.

When making exchanges and returns, you must know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will check the status of the items and we will replace the size or refund the returned products. Remember that in case of return by post, Stelio Malori does not accept shipments with costs to be paid by the recipient or cash on delivery and will not bear either the shipping or return costs.
From the moment our warehouse receives the goods you have returned to us, the refund may take from 3 to 12 working days. As soon as we have checked the status of the returned items, we will send you an e-mail. The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.
If you have received an item that is defective or different from the one ordered and you decide to return it by post, remember to insert the receipt of the shipping costs to our office in the box. As soon as we check the status of the items, we will pay you the amount for the returned items and the related shipping and return costs.
